We want you to love your BaubleBar pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized styles and final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the jewelry in its original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
